Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced AI Experience Framework engineer to own full-stack architectural decisions in a modern JavaScript/component-driven environment. You will work across AI integration, performance at scale, and multi-team collaboration, spanning SSR runtime and the Glide platform integration.

You will guide architecture, mentor teams, and contribute to new products while improving existing capabilities, with a focus on high-quality code and scalable web experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field.
• 3 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in JavaScript and substantial experience in Java or a similar OO language (C++, C#, Go).
• Strong knowledge of modern UI frameworks: Angular, React, Vue, or Lit.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience in server-side rendering and hydration, including isomorphic rendering issues.
• Senior contributor with mentoring experience.
• Exposure to Cloud Dev, Platforms, Web Dev, and SOA

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and drive the full development lifecycle.
• Build software that is simple to use, allowing customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their needs.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
• Apply advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Raise the engineering bar through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and technical direction.
