ServiceNow is seeking a StaffFull-Stack Engineer for the Experience Team to design and build the scalable engineering infrastructure powering AI-assisted content creation and knowledge delivery for millions of users. You will work on automation pipelines, AI tooling, LLM integrations, and connect knowledge platforms into a unified content engine.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI workflows, modern UI frameworks, and cloud-based production systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, LLM integrations, or agentic tooling.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and performance/scale considerations.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.
• Experience operating production systems in the cloud — CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring.
• Able to drive large, complex improvements cross-functionally with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
• Work with product owners to understand requirements and own code from design to delivery of high-quality product to users.
• Design software that is simple to use and extensible to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing suite.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
