Job summary

BuildOps seeks a Staff Product Designer to be the design lead for our most complex domains—financial workflows, AI, and mobile—owning hands-on work and setting the bar for the team without formal management. You'll mentor other designers, partner with product, engineering and QA, and ship high-impact experiences.

This senior role requires 8+ years of experience, fluency with Figma, and AI-native design. Willingness to travel up to six times/year in a fast-growing, well-funded company with hubs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex enterprise or vertical SaaS.
