Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior enterprise architect to drive design and delivery of customer experience solutions across voice, digital and AI channels. You will own end-to-end architecture for complex deployments, shaping performance, scalability, and business value while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Fully remote within the US, you will lead cross-functional teams, foster DevOps practices, and mentor technical consultants to ensure reliable, scalable implementations and multi-cloud success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SIP, voice technologies, and omnichannel platforms.
• Ability to design scalable architectures across distributed systems.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of customer experience solutions.

• Facilitate workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions.

• Enhance system performance with high availability and DR strategies.
