Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide organization-wide architecture initiatives in Charlestown, MA. You will lead cross-functional teams, set technical direction, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
10+ years related work experience in software development/architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Advanced technical skills for technical support in the related area.

Responsibilities

Lead projects within architecture and collaborate with Product Managers/Business Analysts.
Present capability briefings and solution demonstrations for internal/external audiences.
Maintain deep technical excellence in at least one core capability.
Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams.
Develop PoCs to validate new architectures and solutions.
Lead complex systems integration projects delivering on time and budget.
Ensure system availability, scalability, and security meet performance goals.
Identify opportunities to improve products/services and drive cost reductions.
