Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead organization-wide EA initiatives and set technical direction across the enterprise. You will collaborate with clinical, operations and technical leadership to ensure architecture supports business growth and expands systems as needed.

The role requires guiding architecture, mentoring teams, and delivering PoCs to validate new strategies while maintaining availability, security and scalability across critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
• Advanced technical skills for supporting relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within architecture and work with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Present capability briefings and solution demonstrations and prepare technical material for internal/external audiences.
• Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
• Lead complex systems integration projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, and security performance goals are met.
• Propose changes to existing products or services to reduce costs or increase end-user productivity.
• Integrate core capabilities with new technology for systems development projects.
