Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience; 3–5+ years building cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.
• 1+ year of technical leadership experience (mentoring, leading projects, guiding architecture).

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and supports AI-enabled applications, cloud-native APIs, microservices, and automation workflows.
• Collaborates with product, data engineering, cloud engineering, and clinical/operational stakeholders to align features with business goals.
• Leads PoCs to evaluate AI models and cloud services, guiding architecture decisions.
• Mentors junior developers and participates in code reviews to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Provides on-call support and incident response for AI and cloud workloads.
