Job summary

Premera Blue Cross is seeking an AI Engineer IV to lead AI/ML initiatives from conception to production in a remote role. You will guide solutioning, prototype new AI products, and mentor junior engineers while delivering reliable AI infrastructure.

You will design scalable data pipelines, low-latency APIs, and cloud architectures supporting enterprise AI strategies, governance, and explainability. Strong Python skills and collaborative mindset required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems.
• Deep learning experience with modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and productionizing AI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives from conception to production.
