Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in IT/analytics.
• 5+ years in AI/ML development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Deep learning experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience implementing ethical AI, explainable AI, fairness, and bias mitigation.
• Experience productionizing AI models and building scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and develop AI systems and frameworks for AI apps and products.
• Lead prototypes and MVPs to validate AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement cloud architecture for large AI systems.
• Build robust data pipelines for complex AI solutions.
• Develop low-latency APIs/services to deploy AI models into applications.
• Monitor AI systems for reliable performance.
