Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, mathematics or related field, or 2+ years in IT/analytics.
• 5+ years in developing, deploying, maintaining AI/ML systems.
• 6+ years building DL models with TensorFlow/PyTorch/ML frameworks.
• 3+ years in ethical AI, explainable AI, bias mitigation.
• 3+ years implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation or similar prompt engineering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and prototyping of AI/ML solutions from conception to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide AI/ML best practices across teams.
• Design scalable data pipelines and monitoring for AI systems.
