Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent with AI coursework (MS a plus).
• 4+ years in Software Engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java or C++.
• Experience designing and operating production-grade distributed systems, APIs and data models.
• Deep expertise in model evaluation, benchmarks, and production telemetry for model quality and safety.
• Experience with production systems using LLM orchestration frameworks and beyond.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and forward-deployed engineers to build reliable new features for our AI platform.
• Lead development of intelligent agents that complete complex supply chain tasks reliably.
• Design planning, orchestration, and evaluation systems for multi-step workflows.
• Make and drive architectural decisions for mission-critical systems across deployment environments.
• Establish practices for model evaluation, AI safety, observability, reliability, and cost management.
• Translate product vision into multi-year technical roadmaps with leadership alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise observability and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality across the team.
