Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – AI to design and deploy bespoke AI solutions for top law firms and corporate legal teams. You will own from design through production, building scalable, secure AI pipelines and agentic workflows that integrate with client environments.

You will work with AI architects and engineers to advance LLM-powered systems, applying MLOps practices while ensuring high trust and ethical AI standards for real-world legal workflows.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software engineering with system design and distributed architectures.
• 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production, including LLM-powered apps.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience with MCP and A2A workflow patterns for interoperable AI systems.
• Strong Python and RESTful/async architectures.
