Thomson Reuters is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Specialist to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions for legal research tools. You will apply legal domain expertise to shape content and evaluate generative AI product functionality, collaborating with product and tech teams.

The role demands JD, bar admission, and 2–5 years in a law setting, plus familiarity with AI concepts and prompt design for LLMs. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction (may be required).
• 2–5 years experience in law firm or in-house setting preferred.
• Experience using online legal research tools (CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law).
• Advanced knowledge of AI concepts and their professional applications.
• Ability to design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs.
