Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Specialist to drive the development of AI-powered legal research tools. You will apply legal expertise to shape AI features, develop gold data sets, and guide testing and training materials.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor peers, and contribute to customer-focused use cases, ensuring high quality AI outputs and practical, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years experience in law firm or in-house setting preferred.
• Experience using online legal research tools (e.g., CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law).

Responsibilities

• Applies legal subject matter expertise to drive AI research and product development.
• Leads creation and maintenance of gold data sets for AI systems.
• Drafts training and guidance materials for AI tools and mentors others.
• Inputs into advanced customer use case development and legal process analysis.
