Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation into agentic engineering, shaping vision, strategy, and execution across healthcare AI initiatives. You will own end-to-end AI/ML delivery, systems architecture, and governance in a fast-evolving product environment.

You will ship high-impact AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage data pipelines and model lifecycle, and ensure compliance and safety in healthcare data across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, data science, or related field.
• 4+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying ML models and AI-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, NLP tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of model governance, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs and RAG.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and deployment.
• Monitor model performance and retraining processes.
