Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the transformation toward agentic engineering across vision, strategy, operations, and execution. You will own end-to-end AI initiatives, shipping high-volume, unsupervised agent-based solutions and building guardrails for safe, scalable care delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply LLMs, RAG, and generative AI, and own architecture across multiple systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in CS, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Math, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting ML models and AI-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, and automation tools.
• Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms for opportunities.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle.
