Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to research, build, and deploy scalable AI and ML systems across cloud and on-premises environments. You will work closely with client teams to deliver modern AI engineering, generative AI, and agentic solutions that unify diverse data sources and derive actionable insights.

You will join a multidisciplinary group of scientists and engineers focused on solving complex computational problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• 3–6 years of full-time experience in AI/ML.
• Strong Python skills and data manipulation ability.
• Experience designing and maintaining high-impact production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, DALL-E, LangChain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile methodologies (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and ML workflows including data ingestion, transformation, evaluation.
• Knowledge of data structures, Responsible AI practices, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong math, statistics, operations research, and data manipulation skills (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Enhance data pipelines and storage for data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Evaluate, monitor and optimize learning processes to improve high-performance models.
• Collaborate with clients and EY teams to deliver AI solutions responsibly from design to deployment.
