Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance AI, ML, and generative AI solutions for diverse client environments. You will research, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that learn, reason, and generate outputs across cloud and on-premises setups.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, enhance data pipelines, and ensure responsible, observable AI deployments while guiding clients through complex AI transformations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3-6 years of AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and implementing production AI/ML on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and model evaluation/observability.
• Understanding of data structures, Responsible AI, data modelling, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong math/stats and data tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Researching and implementing scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Enhancing data pipelines and storage for data accuracy.
• Evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing learning processes for high-performance models.
• Travel to engage with external clients as needed.
