Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead development of scalable AI and ML solutions, partnering with clients and cross‑functional teams to apply cutting-edge techniques. You will improve data pipelines, implement generative AI and agentic systems, and ensure responsible, observable deployments in cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers, working on diverse projects with heavy client interaction in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, DALL‑E, LangChain, RAG).
• Experience with ML tools (scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Jira, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic systems.
• Enhance data pipelines and storage for data quality.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize learning processes for high-performance models.
• Travel with clients as needed to engage with external clients.
