Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead research, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You will work with clients and EY teams to design data pipelines, apply advanced AI techniques, and ensure responsible deployment across cloud and on-prem environments.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation, with travel as needed to engage clients and deliver high-value outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 3–6 years of full-time working experience in AI/ML.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Dall-e, Langchain, RAG) and ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile methodologies (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps and ML workflows.
• Model retraining and feedback loop methodologies; evaluation, observability, monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of data structures, Responsible AI, data modelling, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and operations research; proficient in SQL, Pandas, Spark.

• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize learning processes to improve high-performance models.
