Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional consulting experience in business/tech.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience deploying foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into scalable Model Engineering roadmap.
• Lead AI engineers and data scientists in production-grade ML solutions.
• Guide MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tool choices for client ecosystems.
• Architect ModelOps for scalable AI deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data and cloud engineers to sustain client solutions.
• Keep abreast of regulatory AI requirements and industry trends.
• Foster diverse, hybrid teams and maintain delivery quality and timelines.
