EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI, ML, and generative AI projects for diverse clients. You will guide teams across data sources, analytics, and software engineering to deliver scalable AI solutions with responsible deployment and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-impact production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Dall‑e, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, CI/CD for analytics solutions.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps; data ingestion, transformation, evaluation.
• Model retraining and feedback loop methodologies; observability and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
