Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Senior Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering cutting‑edge AI, ML, and data solutions for a wide range of clients. You will shape AI strategy, design scalable architectures, and guide deployments across cloud and on‑premises environments.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps to operationalize models, navigate regulatory concerns, and ensure responsible AI practices at scale. This is a high‑visibility, travel‑friendly role in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MS in a relevant field.
• 8–10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles.
• 3–5+ years of experience directly managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience deploying foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI family, LLMs, Dall‑e, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages such as scikit‑learn, PyTorch, and ONNX.
• Experience using GIT, Azure DevOps, and Jira to develop and deploy analytical solutions.
• Strong ML workflow understanding, data ingestion, transformation, and evaluation for actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, Responsible AI, and evaluation methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience; able to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering production‑grade ML, AI, and agentic solutions for clients.
• Shape, engineer, operationalize, and scale AI strategy across client engagements.
• Provide technical guidance across data science, cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Stay current on AI trends and advise on MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tooling.
• Develop and implement ModelOps architectures for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, cloud engineers, and DevOps to sustain client platforms.
• Drive high‑quality work within timeframes and budgets and maintain client relationships.
