Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of full-time AI/DS/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management.
• Strong Python skills.
• Lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse teams (hybrid/global).
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI, DALL-E, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Improve processes by researching and analyzing innovative solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI projects with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, participate in sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
