Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with an enterprise team to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions in production. You’ll diagnose business problems, frame AI opportunities, and deliver end‑to‑end systems that survive real-world use while balancing business value and technical feasibility.

You’ll work on a three‑way role: consultant, operator, and engineer, comfortable arguing a business case with executives and delivering

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed services); TypeScript / Node, .NET / C#, or Java is a plus.
• Track record as an ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead — can assess data and AI current state and define a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders; assess data readiness.
• Map the current state and turn processes into specifications that AI systems can execute.
• Design agentic systems end to end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems — agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI/ML — prompt/versioning and eval suites in the pipeline.
• Operate Day 2 systems — observability, cost and latency management, drift handling.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership; support pre‑sales scoping.
