Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and ship AI-powered solutions; you’ll wear consultant, operator, and engineer hats and handle data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure production-ready outcomes.

You’ll lead discovery, design end-to-end architectures, own CI/CD for AI, and collaborate with Fortune 500 clients; this is a remote role offering growth and exposure to top startups and large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Hands-on production experience delivering AI systems.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Discover and workshop with stakeholders to map current state and AI opportunities.
• Structure processes and specs for automated business workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agent systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI solutions and reusable components.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems and evaluation in the pipeline.
• Operate post-launch governance including monitoring and cost management.
• Consult with executives and engineers to defend design choices.
