FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed inside enterprise teams to architect and deliver AI-powered solutions. You will identify AI-worthy problems, design data-driven architectures, and ship production-grade agents with robust retrieval and context.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for production-grade services.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Production deployment of LLMs and agent systems.
• Expertise in retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with stakeholders and map data readiness.
• Structure processes and specs for automation across business workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval and context.
• Develop and ship agents, retrieval services, and data pipelines.
• Own AI/ML CI/CD, including prompts, versioning, and evals.
• Operate Day 2 practices: observability, cost, and governance.
• Engage with CTOs/VPs in pre-sales and scoping discussions.
