Job summary
FullStack is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who embeds with enterprise teams to architect AI-powered solutions from discovery through production. You will lead the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of agent-based systems, focusing on data, context, and retrieval quality.
You will work in a consultative capacity with Fortune 500 clients, owning architecture decisions, trade-offs, and governance while ensuring delivery fast enough to validate business value in weeks.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Python-first, production‑grade services.
- Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
- Deep fluency with retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior.
Responsibilities
- Discover and define AI-driven business problems with stakeholders.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval.
- Build working prototypes and production pipelines with CI/CD for AI.
- Operate Day 2: monitoring, evaluation, cost, and governance for AI systems.
