Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deploy large‑scale distributed AI applications that enhance self‑service across voice, IVR and chat channels. You will build multi‑agent systems, collaborate with product and data science teams, and ensure reliability and performance of critical services.

The role requires strong software engineering and cloud experience, with hands‑on work in Python, Java or C++, and modern AI/ML frameworks.

Qualifications

Hands-on proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production.
Strong software engineering background with experience in cloud environments (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications powering self-service across channels (voice, IVR, chat).
Build and optimize multi-agent systems enabling intelligent decision-making and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance with best practices in architecture and monitoring.
