Job summary

GEICO’s Service Engineering team is building large-scale distributed AI applications to boost customer self-service across voice, IVR, and chat channels. The Senior Engineer leads cross‑functional efforts across engineering, product, and data science to deliver high‑quality technology in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment.

Expect ownership of scalable AI/ML solutions with a broad tech stack and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Strong software engineering background and cloud experience (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications across multiple channels (voice, IVR, chat).
• Build and optimize multi-agent systems for intelligent automation and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and distributed systems research and apply new approaches.
• Share best practices and improve processes across teams.
