Job summary

GEICO’s Service Engineering team seeks a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications across multiple channels, including voice, IVR, and chat. You will build multi-agent systems, collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.

You will work with Python, SQL, and NoSQL, plus container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes and Azure tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and languages (Python/Java/C++).
• Experience designing, developing, deploying AI/ML models in production with a focus on scalability.
• Strong software engineering background in large-scale distributed systems, preferably in cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms.
• Ability to apply AI/ML to real-world problems, delivering measurable impact (NLP, speech, recommendations, intelligent automation).
• Experience building products using micro-service architectures and REST APIs.
