Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and improve the foundations for enterprise AI solutions, including Claude-based apps, RAG, and secure data integration.

You will work with AI Architects, data engineers, and ServiceNow teams to design reusable platforms, implement CI/CD, observability, and governance, and scale AI delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform/cloud engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Experience deploying cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• CI/CD, Git workflows, IaC, and production release processes.
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes and serverless.
• Programming in Python/JS/Java/Go; REST API design.
• Experience with LLM-powered apps and RAG workflows.
• Observability, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting.
• Security, IAM, secrets management in cloud-native contexts.
• ServiceNow integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform capabilities for enterprise AI.
• Develop reusable architectures and deployment templates for AI Foundry.
• Enable Claude-powered apps and RAG/system integrations.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, data engineers, and client teams.
