Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, deploy, and scale Claude-powered workflows within enterprise environments. The role emphasizes hands-on full-stack development, AI integration, and rapid prototyping for ServiceNow and related platforms.

You will work remotely with ~25% travel, collaborating with consultants, data engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions and reusable assets across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to design scalable AI-enabled workflows and APIs.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG, and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows in enterprise environments.
• Translate business needs into technical architectures and plans.
• Integrate NewRocket assets and accelerators into client solutions.
• Build AI apps using Claude and Anthropic API with prompt engineering.
• Design RAG pipelines and grounding strategies tied to enterprise data.
• Create demos, proofs of concept, and iterate with customers.
• Develop secure integrations, microservices, and lightweight UIs.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance for AI systems.
• Contribute reusable components and deployment playbooks.
