Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer with a strong data-intelligence foundation to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions grounded in trusted data. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into production-ready Claude-powered workflows that connect to ServiceNow and knowledge repositories.

The ideal candidate has robust Python, API, data engineering, and cloud experience, and thrives in ambiguous environments,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software/AI engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong Python and API development experience.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, data ingestion and transformation.
• Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into production AI solutions.
• Design data pipelines and integration patterns using enterprise data sources.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and workflows with Claude and other tools.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and observability in deployments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and NewRocket delivery teams.
• Support lifecycle from discovery to production rollout and monitoring.
