Job summary

Fanatics Inc. through Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for Finance Systems. You will embed AI-native solutions, automate workflows, and build data-driven tools across finance and business teams.

You will prototype rapidly, integrate with key platforms, and partner with leadership to translate complex financial problems into scalable technical solutions that drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping software, automations, internal tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools, LLMs, agentic workflows, and practical AI application development.
• Rapid prototyping and deploying business-facing technical solutions in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Experience integrating APIs, operational platforms, databases, and third-party business systems.
• Independently identify problems, architect solutions, and drive implementation with minimal oversight.
• Building dashboards, workflow automations, or reporting tools to improve processes and decision-making.
• Understanding AI-assisted development workflows and modern productivity tooling.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled solutions with finance and operations teams.
• Prototype and implement internal tools, workflows, and dashboards that drive measurable business impact.
• Build AI-native solutions using LLMs and automation to improve speed and visibility.
• Create integrations across Slack, Microsoft 365, Oracle, Snowflake, Sigma, Airtable, and Notion.
• Turn ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions with fast iteration and value focus.
• Develop fluency in finance processes and priorities to enable autonomous problem identification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions and transition to scalable systems.
