Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of five years in software engineering, applied AI, data engineering, or automation.
• Experience delivering production LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI applications spanning knowledge assistance, document processing, financial analysis, and multi-step workflow automation.
• Assess prototypes and turn them into maintainable applications with usable interfaces and enterprise integrations.
• Establish automated testing and AI evaluations for grounding, accuracy, and business scenarios.
• Implement secure deployment and operational practices with access controls and audit logging.
