Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or AI/product environments.
• Experience in top-tier consulting firms or significant technical roles in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to lead customer engagements and navigate senior stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of commercial strategies, including value and pricing considerations.
• Demonstrated success in managing people and process changes in large organizations.
• Comfort with AI concepts and the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Run structured discovery sessions with customers to identify needs and develop proposals
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through adoption
• Define high-impact AI-driven product features in partnership with clients
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
• Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and continuous improvement
• Partner with clients to achieve measurable program outcomes and support commercial growth
• Contribute to AI assessments to align capabilities with commercial objectives
