Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement, to lead AI-enabled global programs within the PMO of the COE. You will shape requirements with partners, drive build and launch, and ensure adoption across the field.

You will collaborate with GTM Enablement, Sales, and Legal, manage risks, track performance, and influence tooling and standards for scalable programs. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end.
• Serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management practice.
• Evaluate AI outputs and establish quality standards.
• Ensure AI capabilities align with LinkedIn’s Responsible AI principles and tooling guidance.
• Build and lead global cross-functional project teams to deploy capabilities.
• Develop strategic enablement plans and project timelines.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and manage risk.
