Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead complex, multi-disciplinary AI programs from start to finish. You will work with Engineering, Product, field sales, and account teams to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate with executives.

The role sits within Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team, driving cross-functional execution, aligning executive priorities with scalable delivery, and advancing enterprise AI deployments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in Generative AI.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs with deep technical and product understanding in AI contexts.
• Provide clear project status updates to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Define workstreams, resource plans, and project milestones with engineering and product management.
• Surface deteriorating accounts early with diagnosis and path to green.
• Shape briefing materials for executive customer meetings and drive follow-through on commitments.
