Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement, to lead AI-enabled programs across the global field from our San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, New York, or Omaha offices.

The role is hybrid, combining work from home with office days as needed. You will partner with Go-To-Market Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to shape requirements, manage risk, track progress, and ensure adoption of new AI capabilities while upholding LinkedIn’s Responsible AI

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end; from defining the problem and shaping requirements with technical partners, through build, launch, and adoption.
• Serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management; partner with teams to rethink planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI outputs and establish the quality bar for what ships, defining human review and metrics.
• Champion adoption of new AI capabilities across teams and build repeatable enablement patterns.
• Develop strategic enablement plans and project timelines, manage milestones, and communicate with stakeholders.
