Job summary

Ovative Group seeks a Sr. Manager, AI Enablement Lead to architect and own the company-wide AI training program. You will define role-based fluency, design scalable training with the AI Captains, and ensure measurable adoption across analysts, strategists, and leaders.

You will partner with Talent Services, IT, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into daily workflows. You will drive the adoption and impact framework, monitor progress, and iteratively improve the curriculum to keep pace

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning training, enablement, or capability building
• Experience running programs with measurable adoption impact
• Exceptional verbal communication and live facilitation
• Ability to define adoption metrics and report to leadership
• Strong writing skills to translate complex capability into clear docs

Responsibilities

• Own AI training curriculum end to end and define role-based baselines
• Define AI fluency baseline by role and level with leadership
• Equip AI Center of Excellence Captains to run team-level training
• Integrate AI training into new hire onboarding and onboarding journeys
• Build and run adoption and impact measurement framework with defined metrics
• Design advanced capability track for high-engagement staff
• Manage Center of Excellence community activities and communications
• Collaborate with AI product team to translate new tools into practical training
• Partner with IT and Security to communicate AI policy and governance
• Identify non-enablement blockers and route to owners
