Job summary

Entergy seeks an AI Enablement Specialist I-III, Senior in New Orleans to build and scale AI adoption across the company. You will design training, create toolkits, and partner with AI SMEs to translate complex concepts into accessible enablement experiences for business users and analysts.

You will deliver scalable programs, track impact, and drive continuous learning across enterprise platforms, data, analytics, and automation, with hybrid work options and a focus on practical AI literacy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to translate technical information into training materials.
• Experience designing learning toolkits, demos, and training for business users and analysts.
• Ability to create scalable enablement programs and coordinate learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials, quick-start guides, and demos for AI, analytics, data platforms, and automation.
• Coordinate and run enablement sessions, workshops, and learning programs across the AI Enablement org.
• Provide guidance on AI tools and practices and collect feedback to improve programs.
• Partner with technical teams to incorporate emerging AI trends into training content.
