Job summary

Legence is seeking a Corporate AI Transformation Lead to implement AI solutions across finance, HR, IT, legal, and procurement. You will build working solutions, train teams, and drive day-to-day adoption using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.

The role partners with E&C and I&M AI leads, adheres to governance standards, and reports on impact such as hours saved and cycle-time reduction. This is a senior corporate‑function position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software/data/IT or technical implementation with hands-on LLM experience.
• Ability to build/deploy working solutions (Python/TS/low-code) and train non-technical users.
• Hands-on fluency with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork).
• Working knowledge of ERP, finance, HR, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions for corporate functions (finance, HR, IT, legal, procurement).
• Train corporate teams with hands-on sessions and job-specific guidance.
• Drive adoption through pilots, office hours, and self-service enablement.
• Deploy and support agentic AI tools for corporate users (Copilot Cowork, Claude Cowork, Claude Code).
• Collaborate with E&C and I&M Applied AI Leads to share templates and patterns.
• Apply governance and data-handling standards and flag risks.
• Quantify impact: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, error reduction.
