Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. is seeking a Senior AI Governance Analyst to join the Enterprise AI Program Office. You will help govern and enable AI initiatives, coordinating across business, risk, privacy, and engineering to drive outcomes.

This role requires a strong generalist operator with the ability to maintain artifacts, coordinate experts, and help scale governance as the program matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, business analysis, technology governance, or related cross-functional operating role.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and governance functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise AI Program Office work across assigned workstreams, business areas, and governance backlog items.
• Shape and route AI opportunities by clarifying value, data sensitivity, adoption, and dependencies.
• Maintain enterprise AI portfolio, backlog view, and roadmaps across use cases and tools.
• Coordinate governance reviews with Legal, Privacy, Information Security and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain operating artifacts like decision logs, risk registers, and evidence records.
• Build reusable Enterprise AI Program Office assets and playbooks.
• Gather needs and feedback from AI leaders and stakeholders; synthesize patterns for review.
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints with engineers and platform partners to ensure clear ownership and paths.
• Track issues, incidents, and lessons learned; improve guidance and processes.
• Prepare sponsor and executive reporting inputs with dashboards and KPIs.
