Job summary

CareSource is seeking an AI Platform Enablement Engineer III to drive end-to-end enablement and governance for enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude and Azure AI services. The role focuses on controlled rollout, adoption metrics, and cost governance while working with Architecture, Security, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT engineering with DevOps/MLOps experience and strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AKS, and CI/CD pipelines for ML applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 5 years IT engineering, with 3+ years in DevOps, MLOps or cloud infra.
• Experience with Azure AI Services and container orchestration required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain ML/software CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own evaluation, rollout, and governance of enterprise AI platforms.
• Define adoption strategies, guardrails, and usage patterns.
• Analyze cost drivers and optimize platform usage and spend.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, and AI Governance stakeholders.
