Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior practitioner to lead AI engineering enablement within the AI Engineering & Development organization. You will design onboarding bootcamps, hands-on labs, and a role-based curriculum aligned with strategic priorities and evolving AI tooling.

You will partner with engineering principals to ensure curricula reflect current architectures, tools, and real-world challenges, while measuring outcomes to drive continuous improvement and scale successful approaches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• 2+ years of experience training or guiding technical enablement for software engineers.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development and modern software-development tools.
• Experience designing technical curricula, workshops, labs, or structured learning programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior engineers.
• Experience presenting to highly technical audiences and handling challenging questions.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide AI engineering enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamps and workshops.
• Build and maintain a role-based AI engineering curriculum aligned with priorities and capabilities.
• Partner with engineering leaders to reflect current tools, architectures, and practices.
• Assess capability gaps and translate findings into a prioritized enablement roadmap.
• Create hands-on labs, coding exercises, and reference implementations grounded in production.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive curriculum improvements.
• Represent engineering enablement in workforce and technology planning.
• Pilot new learning approaches and scale programs with measurable results.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
