Job summary

CDW is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development program manager to lead large-scale learning initiatives from needs assessment through evaluation. You will design and govern instructional programs, collaborate with leadership to translate requirements into measurable improvements, and apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate design and delivery.
