Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior AI Controls Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continual improvement of AI governance and control capabilities across Global Technology. You will partner with risk, compliance, information security, legal, and engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant AI solutions.

The role emphasizes defining AI control requirements, managing gaps, and promoting scalable governance across large, complex initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk, information security, AI governance or related leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, risk management, Responsible AI principles and control frameworks.
• Experience developing and implementing AI, ML, and Generative AI control capabilities.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of GT AI control capabilities and governance practices.
• Define AI control requirements aligned with enterprise policies and risk standards.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, Legal, and Engineering teams for consistent AI controls.
• Assess AI platforms for security, privacy, governance, and compliance.
• Provide executive communications on AI governance and risk management.
• Manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with accuracy and accountability.
• Educate teams on enterprise data architectural principles and processes.
