Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex programs in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs related to sales and customer support.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with detailed roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and drive decisions.
• Drive customer-focused, agile delivery across teams.
• Optimize delivery by understanding sales and customer support workflows.
