Qualifications

3+ years of technical project or program management experience.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
Technical fluency with modern platforms and production delivery.
Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within work environments.
Ability to review AI‑assisted plans, risks, and recommendations and escalate when needed.
Experience partnering with technology operations teams for production readiness.
Strong stakeholder management skills and delivering aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
Partner with internal customers to drive end‑to‑end delivery, including post‑delivery follow‑up and operational readiness.
Facilitate clear decision‑making through governance, stakeholder communication, and transparent status reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution.
Collaborate with software engineering, quality assurance, product, and operations to define deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Monitor progress against plan, adjust priorities and schedules, and manage dependencies across teams.
Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and data handling.
Promote reuse‑first, AI‑assisted governance artifacts and reporting with human review.
