Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Technical fluency with modern platforms and production delivery.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within work environments.
• Ability to review AI‑assisted plans, risks, and recommendations and escalate when needed.
• Experience partnering with technology operations teams for production readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and delivering aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with internal customers to drive end‑to‑end delivery, including post‑delivery follow‑up and operational readiness.
• Facilitate clear decision‑making through governance, stakeholder communication, and transparent status reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution.
• Collaborate with software engineering, quality assurance, product, and operations to define deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress against plan, adjust priorities and schedules, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and data handling.
• Promote reuse‑first, AI‑assisted governance artifacts and reporting with human review.
